Deflowering the Virgin

There she was, nicely wrapped up, virtually untouched by any other man.

I grabbed her, gently removed her top, and admired what's exposed.

There she was, gleaming at me, all raring to go.

Next, I placed her head next to my ball.

I took a simple upswing, generated force as I moved to the down swing, finally making sure I followed through properly. Ah..the ball penetrated into the sky, straight down the fairway of Southlinks' 1st hole. Then I realized, I'm head over heels in love with my brand new TaylorMade Burner Driver. She's friggin awesome!

Firstly, this babe is light, very light for a driver. And, she's longer than the average driver. Lightweight + extra length = longer distances. I didn't feel that it added the 5-10 meters to my drive marketed by TaylorMade. But, probably because of the new technologies embedded into the head, my balls don't really disperse that much now.

So if you're looking for a new driver, do give the Burner a thought. I'd highly recommend it. I got mine at www.golftiam.com. (Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with the online shop owner, but his prices are definitely lower than the ones you find in brick-and-mortar shops.)

My new love...

Did I play well with the new driver? Looking at the scores, it wasn't too bad. Now, I really do look forward to hitting the sweet spot of the Burner. Game on!
